DCMI Documents now licensed under Creative Commons Attribution licence

As of today, all documents published on the DCMI Web site are available for use and re-use under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported licence, unless indicated otherwise. Further instructions on how to make the attribution can be found in the DCMI Document Notice.
