Date: 2007-03-31

The major changes introduced in the 2007-04-02 version of
the Proposed Recommendation "Expressing Dublin Core™ metadata
using the Resource Description Framework (RDF)" [1] are:

-- Updated summary of the DCMI Abstract Model to reflect
the changes in the 2007-04-02 version [3].
-- Changed all references to dcrdf:valueString to rdf:value
-- Removed the RDF shorthand notation
-- Introduced the notion of literal value surrogates as per the DCAM.
-- Modified the examples to use dcterms properties; modified
    literal/non-literal examples.
-- Changed the representation of Vocabulary Encoding Schemes
to use the dcam:memberOf property instead of rdf:type.

The document "Notes on DCMI specifications for Dublin Core™
