Visa Information for International Delegates

You may access this website to check if your country of departure requires you to apply for a Visa, or Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) to enter South Korea.

For delegates who need to apply for a Visa, please send an email to [email protected] to request a 'Letter of Invitation'.

For delegates who do not need to apply for a Visa, you will need to apply for a K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorisation). Please apply here. You must apply for the K-ETA and receive approval 72 hours prior to departure. You are strongly advised to apply for the K-ETA at least one week before your intended departure (K-ETA fee: KRW 10,000, approx. $7-8 USD). It is valid for three years and can be used multiple times.

If you are entering from or have traveled to one of the Quarantine Inspection Required Areas, you must either enter your information in Q-Code in advance or fill out and submit a Health Questionnaire.
