The conference proceedings are available in the DCMI Conference Paper Repository and many of the presentations are linked from the program page on the conference Web site. DCMI wishes to thank the National Library of Korea and the Korean Library Association for the splendid organization of the event.

<description>2009-09-21, We are happy to announce that the DCMI Oversight Committee has appointed Mike Teets of OCLC Inc. (Dublin, Ohio, USA) as an independent member of the Committee. At the same time, Lorcan Dempsey of OCLC has stepped down after more than seven years of involvement, first in the DCMI Board of Trustees and, since the end of 2008, in the Oversight Committee. We are very grateful to Lorcan for his efforts over the years. The next meeting of the Oversight Committee is scheduled for 12 October 2009.</description>
